Peaceful Christmas by Piano Hive is a unique collection of traditional Christmas songs, reimagined for the modern day. and designed to be used in conjunction with Peaceful Christmas Piano Book.

We are all familiar with these Christmas songs, many of which are nearly two hundred years old. They have amazing melody lines however we often hear them played in the same way.

We decided to create new arrangements that are not only peaceful but integrate a modern approach to harmony which is rich and warm. We have used some beautiful chord combinations and arpeggio based patterns to give the songs a fresh perspective.

Piano Hive is the collaborative project of composers Janette Mason and James Alexander Thompson.
